We want all of our guests to enjoy their stay. To ensure this, we kindly ask you to observe the following policies:

No Parties or Events: To maintain a peaceful environment and respect our neighbors, we do not permit parties, events, or large gatherings.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the condo. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

Booking Guest Age Minimum : 25 or older, Host reserves the ability to check ID.

Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is as per the booking details. No additional overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the owner.

Local Laws & Ordinances: Guests must comply with all local laws, rules, and ordinances during their stay.

Pets: No pets, exceptions may be made for registered service animals, but please notify us in advance.

Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment, we ask that you observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise levels to a minimum, particularly when outdoors.

Cleanliness: We ask that you maintain the cleanliness of the condo during your stay. Kindly remove your shoes when entering. Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms.

Respect for Nature: As our condo is located in a beautiful natural setting, we ask that you respect the environment by not littering, disturbing wildlife, or damaging any natural features.

Note: Breaking any of these or any House Rules may result in immediate termination of your reservation. Guests will be required to vacate the property, and no refund will be provided for any remaining nights. Additionally, any damages caused as a result of violating these rules will be charged to the guest.

Note: This property features a Blink doorbell device with an exterior security camera on the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device and records until there is no longer motion.

Guests have full access to the condo and both exterior decks. One assigned parking space comes with the condo. Overflow spots nearby.

While staying at Swoopside Perch you will have seasonal access to the outdoor Wintergreen pool on the mountain (Chestnut Springs) and off the mountain (Rhodes Farm) between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Swoopside Perch sits on a steep hillside, and stairs lead up to the entry. There is no elevator, and this unit has 45 steps from the parking area to the front door. The slope sits right below the deck, but the condo is not ski-in/ski-out, so plan on carrying gear up those steps. Guests with mobility needs should know that before they book.

While staying at Swoopside Perch you will have seasonal access to the outdoor Wintergreen pool on the mountain (Chestnut Springs) and off the mountain (Rhodes Farm) between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
